About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Guest Service Representative to join our resort team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay—from their first inquiry to their check-out. You’ll handle reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with any on-property needs while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking requests with accuracy and courtesy.
Manage reservations—book, modify, and cancel as needed—through our hotel system.
Provide guests with detailed information on accommodations, amenities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Professionally resolve guest concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate and organized records of guest interactions and payments.
Stay informed about resort services, promotions, and local events.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency; experience with reservation or POS systems is a plus.
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (weekends and holidays required).
