Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, including food and cocktails.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a server in an upscale dining environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
