Office Administrator Needed for Small Office

We are looking for a dependable and organized person to manage general office operations for a family-owned installation and service company in the US Virgin Islands. The company has been established for over 30 years and serves clients across the territory.

A college degree in business management or accounting is a plus. Applicant must also have at least 2 years experience in office administration, payroll, purchasing, or customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient with QuickBooks Pro and basic Office software (Word, Excel), and able to work independently with attention to detail.

Duties will include processing payroll, creating and tracking purchase orders and shipments, maintaining vendor and customer records, assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups, and supporting financial reporting and tax preparation in coordination with an external bookkeeper. General office duties such as scheduling, filing, and supporting field staff are also part of the role.

This is a part-time, on-site position with a stable, long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude are essential.
