Do you have experience working in the luxury jewelry retail environment? Interested in relocating to the beautiful Caribbean? If you are, Little Switzerland the premiere luxury brand jewelry and watch retailer throughout the Caribbean is interested in meeting you. Little Switzerland is searching for outgoing, experience Store Management for our Prestigious Breitling Boutique. Position is located in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

The Boutique Store Manager is responsible for utilizing strong closing techniques to optimize store sales and overall profits. This individual will also be accountable for achieving profitable store operations by effectively planning, executing and reviewing all functions, in conformance with Company Policy and under the overall direction of the Director of Operations.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail with luxury brand timepieces, preferably with Breitling Timepieces.

Management 1- 4 years of experience preferably with timepieces or jewelry and in a commission luxury retail environment

Proven ability to drive sales and meet sales objectives.

Proven ability to build a sales team, deliver training, and discipline as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS.

Responsibilities:

Create and build ongoing Vendor and customer relationships.

Demonstrate leadership in developing, managing and providing motivation to Sales Consultants to improve customer satisfaction, sales performance and making sure monthly sales target goals are achieved.

Drive sales staff to achieve in store as well as personal concierge sales to their clients

Motivate associates to sell related add-ons to maximize sales and profits.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and maintain store security.

Resolve customer complaints according to company policies and use own judgment to ensure a high quality of customer satisfaction while maintaining company interests.

Provides on-the-ground support for sales staff as they generate leads and close new deals.

Continually recruit for sales staff, build a pipeline of qualified applicants.

Provide continuous training and development to staff on how to sell and on product knowledge.

Eligible to work in the USA

Ready to relocate to US Virgin Islands
