Ticket & Retail Store Clerk (Part-Time)
SHIFTS: 4 HRS $16/HR MONTHLY SCHEDULING OPEN 365 DAYS/YEAR
Water Island Ferry is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our operation. We’re hiring for two part-time positions that help keep our daily service running smoothly: Ferry Crew Member and Ticket & Retail Store Clerk.

What You’ll Do
>> Sell ferry tickets and assist customers with merchandise purchases
>> Share simple island information & friendly guidance with guests
>> Keep the retail space organized & clean
>> Assist with opening/closing & routine shopkeeping tasks
>> Maintain professional, warm customer interactions at all times
What We’re Looking For
>> Excellent customer service skills
>> Basic math skills for ticketing and sales
>> Professional and reliable attitude
>> Ability to lift 50 lbs
>> Comfortable working independently in a small, guest-facing space
