ProSolar Sales Representative
ProSolar Sales Representatives will work closely with ProSolar's Sales Director, who has front line responsibility for ProSolar's external sales activities. This critical role will provide interface between our customers and our Project Manager.
â¢ Work with ProSolar's sales team to respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis
â¢ Qualify website activity and direct to the appropriate sales channel
â¢ Capture customer pre-qualification information including name, address, type of business, size of the
â¢ Maintain opportunity data base and pipeline in our CRM system
â¢ Inform customers about ProSolar events and sales training opportunities
â¢ Respond swiftly and courteously to customer concerns
â¢ Refine sales presentation as required based on experience and customer need
â¢ Build trust and rapport with new and existing customers
â¢ Assist in booking face to face meetings or calls for sales team
â¢ Support Sales Directors by creating PowerPoint presentations and proposal development
â¢ Become familiar with ProSolar's power production calculations, backup capacity time and output, ROI and
â¢ Assist to gather customer feedback
â¢ Develop ProSolar's customer referral program
We are interested in well-connected candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in sales or marketing. Prior customer sales experience, preferably in a Business-to-business setting. Knowledge about and enthusiasm for renewable energy is a big plus.

â¢ Ability to work independently, efficiently and proactively on multiple projects under deadlines while
maintaining a professional attitude and commitment to quality
â¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â¢ Fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite
â¢ Strong interpersonal skills
â¢ No fear of heights
â¢ Basic electrical knowledge (preferred)
â¢ Strong reputation within the community
â¢ Commission of 6% for all solar PV contracts sold - Contracts average around $40,000 but can be as high as $2
million + for commercial applications.
â¢ 2 weeks of paid training at $10 per hour at our St. Thomas Location.
These positions will be based in St. Croix USVI, St. Thomas USVI and St. John USVI.
Typical hours are 8AM -5PM although longer hours may be required.
