Position: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces based on their needs and preferences
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and display aesthetics
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and current promotions
Support inventory management and restocking
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Requirements:
A degree (Associate or higher in any field)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in fine jewelry
Ability to work weekends
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
