Front Desk Spa Receptionist Wanted
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Margaritaville Resort St. Thomas US Virgin Islands Location! If you have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and love working in a relaxing spa environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
Schedule appointments and manage the spa calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with retail product sales and maintain a tidy reception area
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with booking software is a plus
