Job Description: We are looking for an experienced handyman to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, repairs, and possibly assist in future renovations. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and basic HVAC maintenance
Troubleshoot reported issues.
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Assist with renovation projects as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Proficient in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks.
Skilled in using a variety of tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take instructions, then complete the task with minimal supervision.
Ability to clearly communicate with team members.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in relevant trades is a plus.
