OPERATIONS MANAGER

To be the successful applicant for this position, your skill sets should include the abilities to perform the duties highlighted below, as the Operations Manager of our 75 condominium units.
Perform an ongoing assessment of required maintenance for our buildings, pool, grounds, equipment and systems (including weekly generator performance testing). Scheduling and tracking.
Perform in a supervisory role for the hiring (and terminating) of your supporting staff, including oversight of their performance of the work/projects which you assign to them. You will work directly with your supporting staff to assign specific projects and provide training as needed. You will be in charge of ordering the materials, tools and supplies for routine projects.
You should have a working knowledge of construction, building codes, generators, water systems, wastewater management and pool systems.
You should be able to read and interpret building construction plans.
Experience is required in carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair (tasks not requiring a license).
You should possess the basic concepts of budgeting and financial reports.
Your computer skills should include QuickBooks & Microsoft Office.
Prompt reporting to the Board of Directors of any unexpected problems and related expenditures.
You will be required to manage the property in accordance with the Bylaws, Declarations and administrative
rules of Sea Cliff Villas Condominiums.
