Job PurposeThe Territory Officer manages assigned territories to execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, ensure compliance with service standards, and build relationships with stakeholders. This role involves overseeing sell-in and sell-out targets, manpower deployment, training, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target AchievementCollaborate with Key Account Managers to meet sell-in targetsTerritory ManagementImplement sales strategies and tactics to meet territory goals.Ensure proper merchandising and compliance with guidelines.Build strong relationships with store stakeholders.Manage inventory, stock transfers, and report competitor activities.Territory OperationsMonitor deliveries, conduct inventories, and reconcile variances.Ensure product availability and accuracy of POs and Item Request Forms (IRFs).Utilize POP materials effectively and cover all priority stores.Assist with tasks and events from Warehouse, Marketing, and Trade departments.
