Looking for seasonal work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team on a temporary seasonal project as part of the Mall Event Staff Team!
Position Overview: As an Event Staff team member, you will be part of a team that helps make a range of events—to help make the mall an enjoyable experience during the holidays be set-up/take-down to run smoothly and provide a safe experience for all guests, no matter what the event type.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics for all types of holiday events.
Indoor/outdoor holiday set-ups/take-downs for extended periods, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe experience
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests at events as needed
Ensure safety, organization, at all event spaces
Support event coordinators and managers with various tasks
Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor-Mall General Manager or their designer.
Requirements:
Ability to work indoors/outdoors for extended periods, in all types of weather conditions
Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different event environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Experience in events, or outdoor work is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

· The employee may on occasion lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8am-5pm
