Position Summary
We’re looking for a full-time Data Analyst to help organize and modernize our internal systems, improve operational efficiency, and bring structure to the data that drives our manufacturing business. This is a cross-functional role working closely with leadership, purchasing, production, and admin teams to build processes, track performance, and enable smarter decisions on the factory floor and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain key datasets related to purchasing, inventory, production, and operations
- Build and refine spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools for internal use
- Clean, structure, and validate data for accuracy and consistency across systems
- Support the implementation of digital tools and systems (e.g., inventory tracking, production scheduling)
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements
- Work directly with management and operations teams to support reporting, planning, and decision-making
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with data entry, database management, and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup environment

- Background in manufacturing, construction, or supply chain environments
