The Assistant Community Director will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of an apartment community. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, someone who is not afraid to step into a leadership role and can adapt to change.


Assisting with the development and implementation of the annual budget

Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts

Preparation of daily bank deposits

Implementation of the community lease renewal program

Assisting with all aspects of leasing and marketing


2+ years of property management experience or related industry experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc); knowledge

Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
