PERFORMANCE SPRAY FOAM INC. is currently looking for a qualified hard-working individual with strong knowledge of Insulation and Spray Foam to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong computer knowledge and experience in Sales/Estimating.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project takeoffs, pricing/estimating scope of work and writing proposals, Seeking out and finding new jobs to bid. Tasks include analyzing drawings, specifications, setting deadlines, establishing schedules. Must have spray foam knowledge, must have strong computer knowledge, must have a valid Driver’s License.
Primary Job Duties:
The Spray Foam Estimator position requires a great understanding of residential and commercial construction projects.
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Ensure job site employees maintain a safe work environment by conducting safety audits.
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Knowledge and Requirements:
Spray Foam knowledge including Polyurethane Foam, fiberglass Insulation
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a outside sales rep in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction blueprints, building codes, equipment, materials, and process in pre-construction, new construction a plus
STRONG computer knowledge
knowledge of MS Office, Excel, etc.
