We’re expanding our production team and looking for experienced construction workers who live close enough to drive to the plant on a daily basis and who value steady, year-round work in a clean, indoor, organized, and professional environment.

Who We’re Looking For
Experienced construction workers, tradespeople, or mechanically inclined individuals
Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Breckenridge
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and skills, you’ll work in one or more of the following areas on our factory production line:
Welding & Metal Fabrication – building and preparing steel frames
Plumbing – rough-in and fixture installation for manufactured homes
Framing & Carpentry – wall and roof framing, door/window installation
Roofing – shingle and metal roof installation
Electrical – wiring, lighting, and systems setup
Sub-Assembly Construction – cabinets, flooring, and components built off-line
Interior Finish Outs – trim, painting, tape & texture, and detail work
