We are a local painting company looking for a skilled painter to join our team.
Must have experience with caulking, brush and roll, all phases of prep, and preferably some spray experience. Our company specializes in residential painting projects - interior and exterior repaints.
This position will start off as part time 3 to 4 days a week from 10-3.
Applicants will need:
able to pass a background check - no felonies
reliable transportation
clean workmanship
on time for work
good communication skills
at least 3 years full time painting experience required
ability to work on a 6' step ladder or 18 foot extension ladder up to 4 hours a day on occasion.
Pay will be based on level of experience and productivity. $17 an hour to start.
Ability to raise to $20 an hour after 3 projects are completed with no issues or expert status is demonstrated after first few days.
Ability to sub out work after trust is established up to $60 an hour.
We are also willing to take on a hand as a substitute to fill in part time when we have a big project and willing to hire someone looking for filler work- someone who has their own company but just wants to stay busy with a side hustle job when their own work is slow or in between jobs.
We are not willing to sub out any work by any company that we have not done work with, so please do not ask.
