Looking for a problem solver who lives close to our two locations in Sweetwater / Haskell. We own an electrical / data center infrastructure which we need to inspect on regular basis with basic maintenance. For example keeping the area clean from all debris. Also oversee any service companies or hire professionals coming to the site report with photos back to us as they complete their jobs.
There is not one specific skill required. But basic common skills are to pick up the phone, coordinate professionals, explain problems, look for solutions or not be afraid to get your own hands dirty. Keep management updated. Took photos and write report. The job is very flexible. Most of the visits can be done almost anytime, but some (meetings with other contractors) are based on availability of the service companies.
