Description We are in the process of recruiting a Capital Accountant to be based in Addison, Texas. This role is key within our healthcare industry team, where you will be tasked with managing financial information related to our capital transactions. Responsibilities: Handle and record journal entries related to Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP& E). Ensure the accuracy of specific accounts through diligent account reconciliations. Contribute to the preparation of schedules for audit and tax purposes. Obtain and manage relevant information from various centers or corporate departments that affect our capital transaction accounting. Assist in delivering valuable data for analysis by other personnel within the organization. Proactively identify potential issues and devise effective solutions to enhance processes. Requirements Must have a strong background in the Healthcare/NHS industry Proficiency in Capital Accounting is essential Ability to perform complex analysis is required Experience with All-Source Analysis is a plus Must have skills in Account Reconciliation Expertise in preparing and managing Journal Entries is necessary A detail oriented accounting qualification is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in financial reporting and budgeting is needed Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently Strong IT skills, particularly in finance systems and Microsoft Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential Understanding of financial regulations and legislation in the Healthcare/NHS industry.
