Licensed Plumber Job Description
The Licensed Plumber’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to properly and accurately estimating, installing, replacing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and/or testing the following:
Water piping systems
Gas piping systems
Sanitary sewer piping systems
Tub/shower/faucet internal mechanisms including cartridges, washers, springs, etc.
Faucets
Gas and water valves
Gas and water supply lines
Gas risers
Gas yard lines
Tub/shower valves
Tub/shower trim
Tub faucets
Sink drain assemblies including disposals
Tub basket strainers
Kitchen sinks
Hose Bibbs
Toilets
Yard leaks/breaks
Sanitary sewer yard lines
Sanitary sewer and potable water slab leaks (preferred but not required)
Toilet flanges
Gas and electric tank water heaters
Gas and electric tankless water heaters (preferred but not required)
