This position offers an opportunity to provide excellent patient care and customer service with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression. As a TMS Technician you will administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of a treating physician. In addition to managing clinical services, you will interact regularly with patients with a focus on customer service and administrative support. Looking for a candidate with great interpersonal skills, empathy, and a team player.Responsibilities Collaborate with providers, admissions, and practice administrator to assure patient scheduling and care delivery is completed timely and effectively Address any patient’s medical conditions or symptomsResponsible for operating a medical/mechanical deviceSupport office with daily operations of the facility to include knowledge of all aspects of behavioral health servicesCheck in or check-out patients, verifies demographics with each clinic visitVerify/collect payments for all patient check-inAnswers telephones on a timely basis and takes messages/schedules appointments as necessaryExplain and administer patient treatment proceduresUtilize patient scheduling softwareMonitor a patient for medical symptomsProvide medical intervention in an emergency situationSupport clinic patient satisfaction processFollow established treatment and office proceduresThis is a part time position working flexible hours Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm and occassional Saturdays.For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at aneweratms.com
