Due to two recent contracts in the West Texas area, TMK Corporation is expanding its local office. We are seeking motivated professionals that have a great attitude followed with a solid work ethic and great personal skills to join our team. We are in need of filling of both Sales Representative and Sales Management positions to service this territory. Our focus is the implementation and maintenance of great benefit packages, life insurance and supplemental vehicles geared toward large employers and government organizations. We have contracts with over 120,000 organizations worldwide providing us a 0 cold calling and 0 prospecting environment.

2 year minimum in Sales or Sales Management (customer service experience a plus)
High school diploma/GED (2-4 degree a major plus for management opportunities)

What does the day to day look like? Our Representatives and Manager interact with our clients to observe, evaluate and meet their financial service needs by maintaining consistent interaction.
Interactions with clients & customers by telephone and in person regarding client needs.
Verifying records & customer information with clients
Able to accept additional responsibility with a positive attitude
Managing sales team of 10 -15 depending on level of entry
Conducting sales meetings and product classes
Confirming meetings and customer follow ups
