Looking for a couple responsible, detailed oriented persons to fill a customer service representative position and a production associate to work in the back area of the store. We are seeking to fill a full time position, but may consider a part time solution depending on flexibility. Availability hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and two (2) Saturdays a month, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the week you are asked to work Saturday you will have the option to take 1/2 day off on Monday preceding that Saturday. Some overtime may be needed during a couple peak times throughout the year.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary. Responding to and following up calls from customers and vendors.
Greeting Visitors: Greeting customers and guiding them through the ordering process.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Enter and update customer information and other records into the company database ensuring accuracy and organization.
Providing information: Offer information about the company, its products and services and respond to general inquiries. Direct specific inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Email and correspondence: Handle email communications, draft and respond answers to questions placed by customers and track incoming items from vendors. Correspond directly with various departments regarding their customer's inquiries, concerns, or requests.
Administrative & Clerical Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, which may include some assistance with some production such as placing labels on items or preparing inventory to be decorated.
This job will also require adaptability, critical thinking, strong work ethic, punctuality, excellent teamwork, professionalism and the desire to have fun. We are not a glum lot.
