Our company negotiates the individual contracts for large groups to provide specific programs to their respective members. These groups include industries such as Police officers, firefighters, railroaders and teachers. This job will require phone communication as well as some face to face interaction with clientele, ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of products and programs.

Expectations and requirements:
Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask
Work with and without direct supervision
Ability to negotiate various programs for clientele
Be able to pass background check
For managers - at least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
Candidates will be expected to:
Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Obtain and maintain direct client relations and individual accounts.
Perform routine annual maintenance on existing contracts.
Process applications and claims for clients.
Provide superior customer service and support.
