We are currently hiring for on-site operations positions at our cryptocurrency mining facility in North Texas.
1. Responsibilities (assigned based on role fit):
Manage incoming shipments, inventory check-in/out, and storage of equipment and consumables on site;
Coordinate the arrival and on-site activities of warehouse, logistics, construction, and installation teams;
Act as a liaison between the site and headquarters by collecting site updates, compiling reports, and supporting project tracking;
Assist in handling day-to-day incidents, such as equipment repair requests or on-site schedule changes;
Candidates with basic technical ability may assist with miner rack-up/down, fan replacement, etc. (a plus, not required).
2. Requirements:
Prior experience in warehousing, site operations, or administrative support is preferred;
Familiarity with crypto mining operations and basic electrical equipment is a strong plus;
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and good at communication and teamwork;
Must have legal working status or a valid work permit;
Ability to communicate in English for daily tasks is preferred.
