Hiring an experienced masonry contractor and/or skilled carpenter for brick wall repairs, brick installation, footer leveling, and trim removal and replacement. This is hands-on work and not for beginners.
Must be able to remove brick exterior walls, build up backing properly, level brick and footers, and do clean, quality work. Carpentry and trim experience is a big plus.
Pay is a guaranteed $50 per hour minimum. Experienced, efficient carpenters who do high-quality work can earn $65+ per hour. Pay by cash or check. Must have an understanding of project pricing, not just hourly labor.
Requirements: proven experience with photos or references, own tools and vehicle, valid driver’s license, speaks English, communicates promptly, shows up on time, reliable, responsible, and self-sufficient.
