Responsibilities:
Manage full charge bookkeeping for multiple clients
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Handle A/P, A/R, and payroll processing
Prepare monthly reports and assist with tax filings
Communicating with clients and internal team members
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience (public accounting preferred)
QuickBooks Online AND Desktop proficiency
Strong Excel and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines across multiple accounts
