Expense Extraordinaire: Review and balance weekly expense reports like a boss.
HR Hero (Backup): Help with onboarding, terminations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Vacation Tracker: Keep tabs on employee PTO and make sure managers are in the loop.
Error Eliminator: Spot discrepancies, correct missing info, and keep things running like clockwork.
File Wizard: Scan and file employee documents neatly and efficiently.
Bonus Master: Handle monthly commissions, sign-on bonuses, and referral bonuses with ease.
Problem Solver: Think critically, solve problems independently, and wow us with your creativity.
What You Bring to the Table
Dependability, we can count on you to show up and give it your all every day.
Computer smarts, especially Microsoft Excel (seriously, you and Excel should be besties).
Love for numbers and math, precision is your middle name.
A sharp mind, someone who can think on their feet and tackle challenges head-on.
Experience with ADP payroll systems is a big plus.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with ZOHO software.
Knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage calculations.
