Customer Support - Billing Specialist

Monday through Friday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$22-23 hour DOE

Key Responsibilities include:
Respond to telephone, mail or fax requests information on subscriptions; provide billing information, pricing, and assist customers with needs.
Input and maintain customer order information; prints reports.
Perform system inquiries regarding subscriptions.
Generate support, correct billing discrepancies; resolves incorrect term and condition issues with customers.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent excel skills, including basic formula functions, pivot tables, & Vlookups.
Attention to detail, they will be working with different departments and multitasking.
Good time management and prioritization skills
Adaptable
Self-starter
AR accounting with recurring revenue is a plus
Sales Force experience is a plus
Customer service experience is required
Basic Math skills required
Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
