Are you a skilled bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? We're a reputable AC and plumbing company seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. If you're organized, proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, and have a background in accounting or finance, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Manage Inventory counts and job costing within QuickBooks (warehouse team provides actual counts)
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Process payroll accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Generate financial reports for management review.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is a must.
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the AC or plumbing industry is a plus but not required.
