The Account Coordinator supports Account Managers with retaining customers by assisting with day-to-day tasks, including responding to calls and emails, researching issues and processing paperwork.
High school diploma or its equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supportive customer or sales role
Must exhibit a professional appearance and telephone demeanor
Ability to multitask and work well within timed projects and requests
Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products – e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate a strong work ethic and be willing to adapt to change
Must be able to work well with internal customers at all levels of the company
Customer retention or sales experience
Proficiency with Microsoft product
Valid Class C driver’s license
Safe driving record for the past three years
