As a Customer Service Attendant, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process and be responsible for the regular cleaning and maintenance of our machines.
Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:
Greet our customers and guests. Being bilingual is required.
Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
Maintain a clean and welcoming facility
Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to our process
Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own
Compensation, Benefits and Culture:
This role starts at $15 per hour
$300 Sign On Bonus after 90 days
Opportunity to earn tips with wash, dry fold service.
Weekly pay every Friday.

Job Requirements of an Attendant
Previous customer-facing customer service experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to problem solve
Ability to stand for 8 hour shift
Shifts:
Morning 7am-3pm
Evenings 3pm-11pm
