Experienced call center agents needed to support professionals with exam scheduling across multiple states.
Inbound calls only, no sales. Part and fulltime hours range from 25 to 40, Monday-Friday between 7 AM & 5 PM.
401k & paid vacation are available, additional benefits for fulltime.
Requirements:
Professional call center etiquette/experience, patience, and empathy
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Computer with Windows 10
MS Office, Excel and Outlook
