Shift would be 40 hours per week between Monday thru Sunday. primarily hiring evenings and weekends.
Our office is located in north Austin; easy commute via bus.
Here's what you will be doing as a valuable member of our team!
· Answer inbound customer calls about our product/services.
· Provide information about the product/service
· Virtually guide the caller thru product/app set-up or process (as applicable) over the phone.
· Demonstrate patience/empathy and a willingness to help!
· Defuse irritated customers, escalating where applicable for problem resolution scenarios.
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services we offer.
· Document call interaction into database (i.e. CRM)
· Work in a team environment that supports our community!
Position Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Must be 18 years of age, minimum.
· Basic computer skills.
· Reliable transportation (i.e. vehicle, bus or transit etc.); Punctuality and reliability are a must!
· Previous experience in customer service support, in retail or social service environments preferred; must be customer friendly.
· Ability to multi-task: answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.
· Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and work with elder, and other demographics with patience and empathy.
· Ability to communicate clearly and guide customers to websites, apps or processes (as applicable), over the phone.
· Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
· Familiarity with Salesforce (or other similar database)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Starting pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
· 8 hour shift
· Day to night shift (Office is open from 8am to 8pm, shifts will be assigned in that window)

Experience:
· Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
