Customer Service Representative (CSR) + Admin
About the Role
Join JOSCO as a front-line support team member, where you’ll assist customers and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process orders and maintain accurate interaction records
Address complaints with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Provide feedback and submit weekly reports
Support additional administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication
Fast learner with strong product knowledge
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficient with technology; remains composed under pressure
Experience handling cash
Collaborative and solutions-oriented
Detail-focused with strong organizational skills
Patient, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable
Familiarity with the sales lifecycle and documentation
Capable of working independently and in teams
Physical & Mental Requirements
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs with assistance; frequent lifting up to 20 lbs
Comfortable walking in large warehouse and cleanroom environments
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Status: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Benefits:
o PTO and Sick Time earned after 90 days
o Monthly gas stipend after 90 days
o Note: Healthcare benefits are not offered
