Abadak, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to e-commerce customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails
Maintain professionalism while handling all customer phone and email communications
Effectively communicate information regarding products, warranties and returns, and website navigation
Utilize multi-tasking skills to navigate through multiple computer applications and systems
Manage all job responsibilities in a diligent and efficient manner
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with Internet navigation, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
Must be able to adapt to changing environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
Must be able to work full-time Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with 30 minute lunch
Must provide current resume and salary history
All offers will be contingent on successful background check
Must live within 30 minutes of Georgetown, TX
Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $11.00 - $15.00
Pay is based on experience and qualifications
