Front Desk & Optometric technician duties include conducting initial interviews with the patients to gather medical history and information on visual complaints, past eye injuries, and family histories of eye diseases; assist with various eye tests; using optometry pre-screening equipment; maintains and updates records before and during exam; train patients in insertion, removal and care of contact lenses; scheduling appointments and performs other clerical work as needed.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a lot of teamwork and provides a great opportunity to join a growing and successful company, will train, experience helpful but not required.
