Position Overview: As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in our operations, coordinating the movement of [drivers, vehicles, resources, etc.]. You will be responsible for managing schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch of [vehicles/drivers/resources] based on demand.
- Monitor routes and traffic conditions to optimize travel times.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members to relay instructions and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communicate any issues to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Create PO's, and Work Orders
- Check in with Technicians, HVAC coordinator, and Service Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma, College diploma is a plus
- 3 years customer service experience, experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Being Highly Organized IS A MUST!
- Ability to collect track and analyze large sums of data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365
- Must be tech and hardware savvy
