Our fast paced 24/7 medical answering service is looking to fill the below schedule. Please only apply if this schedule works for you. We are not looking to fill any other shifts at this time. If these shift times do not work for you, please do not apply. We are open and operating on all holidays. New employees are required to work the holiday shifts. Current shift needed (40 hours):
Sunday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Tuesday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Resume and references (2) required for application. No resume = no interview.
This is an in-office job. We do NOT work remote.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. We are looking for detail oriented candidates that are reliable, hard working, and eager to learn. Telephone etiquette, typing skills, and spelling skills are required. Previous use of multi-line phone system is preferred. At least one weekend shift is mandatory.
Job Breakdown:
At Medlink, we receive calls from hospitals and patients. Your job is to connect the nurse or the patient to the appropriate Doctor using our paging database. The job is very simple and repetitive. You will answer around 100 calls a day.
Medlink is a call center open 24/7/365. We are the "link" between patients, hospital staff and the medical providers that serve them. We have worked in the medical community of Austin and its surrounding areas since 2001. Medlink is a family owned company dedicated to providing the best possible patient care for our clients.
Mandatory 4 days (minimum) of training. Training is $15/hr. After you complete training, you will be bumped to $20/hr.
