Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and dependable Site Supervisor/Porter to join our Austin team. This individual will play a critical role in daily operations—keeping the lot organized, vehicles clean and ready for rental, and assisting customers on-site. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to go, and ensures our location runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and facility
Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles upon return to rental condition standards
Assist with returned or repossessed vehicles to prepare them for re-rental
Coordinate vehicle movement to and from service shops, car washes, and inspection sites
Support the branch manager and operations team with general upkeep and light facility maintenance
Perform vehicle check-ins and assist with inspections and documentation
Ensure RideShare Carz safety, quality, and service standards are consistently met
Qualifications
High energy, positive attitude, and punctuality are essential
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be dependable and available to work full 40-hour weeks
Customer service or automotive experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
