Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a skills assessment and background check
Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
A computer device, headset, or headphones with microphone attachment (equipment financing options available)
A strong, stable internet connection
A quiet work area
