Position: Virtual Travel Coordinator

Annual: $35k-75k

We are dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Travel Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for travel.
Responsibilities:
- Travel Planning: Research and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities tailored to client preferences
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Attend training with suppliers and vendors to become specialized with specific destinations
- Review client budget and plan trips according to that budget
- Monitor travel restrictions and advice on travel documents needed (Passport, DL, etc)
- Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, expenses, and client communications; manage multiple travel bookings simultaneously.
- Tech Proficiency: Utilize travel management software and online booking platforms to streamline the planning process and keep up with industry trends.
- Create promotional material (training provided)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve travel-related issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience using software and online resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ and be authorized to work within the US
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus but not required)
- Must have a computer and smart phone
- Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus but not required
