Job Title: Preschool Music Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
Music Instruction: Lead weekly music classes for preschool-aged children, teaching songs, rhythm, and basic musical concepts in an engaging and interactive way.
Classroom Preparation: Plan and prepare music lessons that align with developmental milestones and foster creativity, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
Curriculum: Ensure that music programming supports the school's play-based, Christian approach to learning.
Classroom Management: Create a nurturing, positive, and structured environment that encourages participation and emotional growth through music.
Performances: Help prepare students for occasional class performances or special events such as Christmas Pageant and Pre K Graduation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience teaching music to young children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting.
Passion for Music: Enthusiasm for introducing young children to the joys of music and rhythm.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Background Check: Must pass state and federal background checks and FBI fingerprinting prior to employment.
