Execute quality assurance activities for CSP's Salesforce Field Service Lightning product, including test preparation and test execution or both mobile and console.
Understand customer expectation from a functionality and quality point of view.
Create and review technical documentation.
Develop and maintain test scripts.
3 years of test experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning or Service Cloud.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in testing web applications.
A minimum of 1 year of experience testing mobile applications.
A good understanding of all phases of Software Development Life-cycle.
Knowledge of testing types (acceptance testing, smoke testing, ad-hoc testing, exploratory testing, functional, and regression testing etc.)
Ability to effectively collaborate with project team on advanced technical services throughout the SDLC.
Ability to review assorted business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FS) assigned to projects.
Fluent in English Language (listening, speaking and writing).
Quick learner of new systems.
Familiarity working in fast paced agile environments.
Familiar with an enterprise software experience.
Automated testing experience using Selenium/NodeJS.
Basic knowledge in below tools:
Salesforce-Field Service Lightning
Familiar with issue trackers and test management tools such as Jira
