A North Austin technology company is looking for assembly technicians, quality controllers, shippers, and packers in our Operations sector. Job Tasks:
Build, QC and pack internet security appliances
Assist shipping and logistics staff with picking, packing, and shipping electronics (domestic and international shipments)
Assist inventory and warehouse staff with inventory and warehouse projects
Assist with facility projects as needed
Local only – work is performed on-site at our Austin HQ facility
Required:
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Flexibility
Reliable transportation (not needed for work use)
High school diploma/GED
Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended lengths of time
Ability to pick up, move and/or reposition 50 lbs at waist height
Ability to work responsibly and cohesively in team environment
Good hygiene
Must like dogs
Sense of humor
Preferred:
Prior experience in warehousing and manufacturing environments
International shipping experience
Inventory and/or build experience
Functional experience with Excel and Word or Google Sheets and Docs
Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
