Full-Time Availability: The candidate must be available to work full-time hours.
2. Skills and Experience

Sushi-Rolling Techniques: Proficiency in accurately and quickly executing sushi-rolling tasks.
Line Cook Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a line cook, preferably in fine-dining or Japanese cuisine.
Sushi Preparation & Fish Handling: Knowledge of how to prepare sushi and handle fish properly.
Knowledge of Ingredients: Familiarity with Japanese and Asian ingredients.
Knife Skills: Excellent knife skills and a keen attention to detail.
3. Abilities
Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and perform well under pressure.
Advanced Culinary Understanding: Deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
