We are a fast growing local company that recently picked up a large contract with HEB and also expanding to multiple retail locations. We are looking for the right people who want to grow with us and our local Cookie Brand. Looking to bring on FT Customer Service role for both our Lakeway & West Lake Hills location.
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month as well as early hours and after hours occasionally for events or during the holiday season.

This is a full-time hourly position + tips!
Responsibilities
● Shipping and fulfillment - handle phone, online orders including holiday and corporate
giving as well as DoorDash orders.
● Deliver exceptional guest service – Be a brand ambassador.
● Serve as a product expert by making recommendations as guests are ordering.
● Practice proper credit card and cash handling procedures with a smile.
● Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work
environment behind the counter and in the kitchen area where applicable.
● Assist with all cleaning duties.
● Report to work as scheduled and fulfill requirements for the duration of shift.
● Accept deliveries and packages.
● Box, package, or plate cookies and other bakery goods as needed.
Requirements
● A passion for cookies.
● Food Handlers Certificate (or must be willing to obtain)
● Ability to work a varying schedule including some weekends and holidays.
● Ability to communicate verbally while understanding and following written and verbal
instructions from management.
● Can work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift.
● Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
● Can lift at least 50 pounds which can include carrying cookie trays.
● Must be able to move around the front of the bakery while bending down for bags and
reaching up for cookie trays.
● Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
