Accepting applications for a bar manager with at least 2 years experience managing and 5 years bartending. This is a bartending manager role so being the best host, bartender and sales person behind the bar is a must.
Requirements & experience include:
+Bartending weekends and peak shifts
+Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to achieve sales goals
+Ability to hold staff accountable for daily duties
+Monitor inventory levels to maintain COGS
+If you've been a manager, you know what the job is ;o)
Compensation package totals $85,000 annually which includes tips, salary, and health insurance. Bonus structure for hitting sales goals can be up to an additional $12,000 - $30,000 annually.
