The team behind Drinks Lounge and Little Drinks Lounge opened Drinks Backyard in southeast Austin in 78744. We are a majority woman-owned and operated team of local Austinites. We're starting the busy season with bands booked every weekend so we need some fun bartenders.
We like to hire A team bartenders that have at least 2 years experience behind the bar serving customers directly. This is a neighborhood hang so we're looking for bartenders that know how to connect with people and build regulars. Weekends do have some high volume turn and burn also.
Attributes of ideal candidates include:
- 2 years bartending experience
- Classic cocktail knowledge
- Reliable transportation
