The team behind Drinks Lounge and Little Drinks Lounge opened a new location in southeast Austin in 78744. We are a majority woman-owned and operated team of local Austinites. We like to hire A team bartenders that have at least 2 years experience behind the bar serving customers directly. This is a neighborhood hang so we're looking for bartenders that know how to connect with people and build regulars but can also hustle when things pop off.
Attributes of ideal candidates include:
+ 2 years bartending experience
+ Classic cocktail knowledge
+ Reliable transportation
What we offer:
+ $5/hour + tips (pooled per shift)
+ Health, vision & dental insurance after 90 days
+ $200 monthly company contribution to your insurance
+ Set schedule of 4 or 5 shifts a week
